O - Plains, St.Patrick's
Plains is an area near to Sauteurs, St.Patrick's, based around a wide avenue. It's known for retired Grenadians returning from the U.K. who return to build enormous houses. This well-equipped two-bedroom downstairs apartment forms part of the owners' home, tucked away on a quiet side road, that used to be part of a sugar estate. Both rooms have double beds, and there is a shower and toilet. Kitchen/dining room well equipped, with microwave etc. Large, comfortable living room with big sofas and TV (no Cable, but works with British videos). Small verandah in the back looking onto garden. Compound completely walled/fenced around. Owners couple in their fifties, living upstairs, returned from U.K. Interested in farming, and guests can wander around the banana trees next to the house. Owners have dogs in yard. Local attractions include The Arena nightclub, Bathway beach and the River Sallee Sulphur Springs.US$50 per night for apartment
