Two bedroom downstairs apartment situated in Woodlands, in the SW of Grenada. 15 minutes' drive from St.George's, and 10 mins.' drive to Grand Anse. Near the Clarke's Court Sugar Factory and the fishing village of Woburn. On a main road but the area is quiet.Living room, veranda, kitchen, one room with a double bed, one with two singles. Plenty of wardrobe space. Small bathroom with shower and toilet. Hot and cold water, Cable TV, phone. Facilities for hand-washing laundry at the back of the house. Small garden to the front and side.
Owner/host lives upstairs. Older lady recently returned from UK, very keen on gardening. Caretaker also lives in next-door apartment.
